After placing an order, it is not possible to cancel anymore.

We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them! When your order is received in country, with your local delivery carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

We currently do not offer free samples. However, due to immense feedback from our community, we hope to do so in the future! In the meantime, why not explore our mini's now available, or try our travel kit with all of our mini sizes available as a starter set?

All products have a minimum of 12 months shelf life, but all contain the expiry dates, up to 3 years, for the product on the outer box. Once opened though, use the product within 12 months.

It’s not necessary, but we do advise that you put primer on before applying the foundation. Primer will help create an even canvas for the foundation.

The Changing Foundation has light to medium coverage. It’s intended to give a natural and dewy look to the skin.

Yes, the Changing Foundation does cover freckles! But it can't cover the pigment spots very well. For more coverage, check out our concealer.

Absolutely! The changing foundation has a moisturizing and caring effect and ensures you look radiant and fresh!

For best results, the foundation is ideal to apply with a brush. It ensures that the pigment granules penetrate deeper into the skin and so you prevent a white haze.

The Changing Foundation has a silicone base. That allows it to be waterproof and you will not have to worry about sweating your makeup away!

Changing foundation uses special toner particles that are uncolored in the mass. When applied, with the help of skin temperature, the particles release the toner inside, which blends with your skin color.

All of our products are Vegan (except for mascara that contains beeswax). Our testing methods have never been and never will be performed on animals.

1. Wet the bristles with lukewarm water.
2. Place a drop of cleanser into your palm.
3. Massage the tips in your palm.
4. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze excess moisture.
* Clean once a week if used frequently. Let it air dry flat or with bristles downward.
